Lord, my God, kind and faithful: Keep me reverent in my dealings with every human being, whether friend or ‘foe’, by reminding me that they bear your image and likeness. Keep me humble by reminding me that while I have to put up with the faults and shortcomings of others, they also have to put up with my faults and shortcomings. Keep me fruitful in the Spirit by enabling me to overflow with love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control in all my dealings with others, so that they might see Christ in me. Amen.
