Let me start this “Blog Note” by first thanking all of you who follow for continuing to check in on my posts. I’ve been going through a bit of a life transition in the last few months that has interfered with my posting. But I think I’m getting back to a place where I will be able to get back to posting some of my own writing as well as regular quotes from my own reading.
As we continue through the season of Lent, I want to remind you of some of the Lenten resources that are on my blog.
A few years ago, I posted a series of narrative Lenten reflections on events surrounding the crucifixion of Jesus. Here are links to those posts:
Bible Note #43: Peter’s Denial & Following Jesus–A Lenten Meditation

Bible Note #45: Nicodemus & Joseph of Arimathea at the Cross–A Lenten Meditation
Bible Note #46: Simon of Cyrene–A Lenten Meditation
Bible Note #47: Mary Magdalene–A Holy Week Meditation
Here are some links to post that I hope you might find helpful for your spiritual practices during this season:

If you find any of these pieces helpful to you, please let me know with a comment. And please share the links with others who might also find them a help in growing closer to Jesus.
Blessings to you all in this holy season of reflection and surrender.
