The sermon linked to this post is the second sermon in a series on human sexuality and God. This sermon was preached at North Presbyterian Church, Elmira, NY on Sunday, January 15, 2012. Earlier in the service, we read responsivelyIsaiah 61:1-4. Then on this recording of the sermon, I read from Romans 1:18-32.
Toward the beginning of the sermon, you will hear me drop a delicate piece of electronic equipment. In order to help you visualize what the congregation saw, I’ll give you a couple of pictures of the results.
I am a pastor, a husband, and father. A small, town about twenty miles west of Pittsburgh is home currently, though several other places have served that purpose before this. I do some carving in wood and small stones. I like taking photographs and use a lot of them in my blog posts. I've recently taken up fishing for the first time since I was a kid. I'm blessed in that regard to have a very nice trout stream flowing right past my church.
